Job summary

Empiric is seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to drive FSC implementations for financial services clients. You will translate business requirements into FSC configurations, covering Client 360, Financial Accounts and Agentforce components.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects and development teams to ensure adoption, validations, and training. Hybrid, Utrecht-based role with focus on onboarding, KYC/AML and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, ideally within Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong understanding of banking, wealth management or insurance business processes.
• Experience configuring FSC capabilities, including Person Accounts, Client 360, Financial Accounts and Relationship Groups.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including agents, Topics, Actions and Prompt Templates.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into functional designs.

Job description

You will play a key role in Salesforce CRM transformation initiatives, helping financial services organisations improve customer engagement and business processes through Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Agentforce.

Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and development teams, you will translate business requirements into functional solutions that support customer onboarding, relationship management and regulatory processes. You will also contribute to the implementation of AI-powered agents and workflow automation, helping organisations make practical use of Salesforce’s evolving AI capabilities.

What You Will Do

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into Salesforce FSC functional solutions.
• Design and configure FSC capabilities, including Client 360, Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Action Plans and Interaction Summaries.
• Map business processes across customer onboarding, KYC, AML, relationship management and portfolio management.
• Design and configure Agentforce solutions using Agent Builder, Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates and Agent Instructions.
• Work with technical teams to define integration, automation and customisation requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support testing, UAT, business validation and user training.
• Produce functional documentation, including requirements, process maps, user stories and functional designs.

What You Will Bring

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, ideally within Financial Services Cloud.

Additional Experience That Would Be Beneficial

• Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Einstein AI capabilities.
• Understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise integration concepts.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of KYC, AML, GDPR and financial services compliance requirements.

Working Arrangement

The role is based in Utrecht, with a structured hybrid working arrangement:

• 3 days a week on site
