Job summary

Capgemini Netherlands is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop and modernize CRM solutions for enterprise clients in Utrecht and beyond.

You will work with Architects, consultants and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, including FSC, Agentforce and AI-enabled CRM projects, using Apex, LWC and enterprise integration patterns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling, Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Platform Events.
• Building scalable applications on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support complex customer journeys and business processes.
• Supporting Agentforce implementations, including AI-driven automation and customer engagement solutions.
• Contributing to legacy CRM to Salesforce migration programs, including data migration and modernization initiatives.
• Developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Performing code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment activities using modern DevOps tooling.

What you’ll be working on as a Salesforce Senior Developer

As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will help leading organizations transform their customer engagement capabilities through Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, and enterprise-scale CRM solutions. You will work closely with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement future-proof solutions that deliver business value while leveraging modern development and DevOps practices.

In this role you will be working on:

Your Profile

You Have:

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience within complex enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and enterprise CRM transformation initiatives
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms
• Experience with CI/CD tooling, Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery methodologies

Experience you understand the opportunities, limitations, and impact of AI technologies such as Agentforce within Salesforce ecosystems.

Preferred certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
• Financial Services Cloud Accreditation
