Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant, analyst, or product specialist.
• Demonstrable experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience with (Mulesoft) integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes within customer management, advice, lending, or service.
• Translate business requirements into concrete FSC solutions.
• Configure FSC functionality (Households, Financial Accounts, etc.).
• Develop user stories and functional designs.
• Lead workshops and refinement sessions with business and IT.
• Advise on optimizations and new best practices within FSC.

Salesforce configuration (Flows, data model, permissions, automation)

Experience designing and configuring OmniStudio components
