Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce CRM Technical Architect in Utrecht to design, lead, and implement enterprise Salesforce ecosystems for financial services clients. You will drive architecture, data migration, integrations, and AI-powered customer engagement across large-scale transformations.

You will collaborate with business and tech leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor delivery teams while leveraging Financial Services Cloud, Client 360, and Agentforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, including Financial Services Cloud implementations.
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered CRM capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Data Cloud, security models, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading large-scale CRM transformation and legacy modernization programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to engage both business and technical leadership.
• You make conscious use of AI tools and leverage technology to deliver innovative customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure Salesforce CRM solutions using Financial Services Cloud and Agentforce.
• Lead enterprise Salesforce transformation and legacy migration programs: architecture, data migration, integration and deployment.
• Architect customer-centric Financial Services Cloud solutions (Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Person Accounts, Action Plans, Interaction Summaries).
• Define integration strategies across platforms using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, Boomi and other middleware.
• Provide technical leadership on Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events and best practices.
• Drive AI-enabled customer engagement via Agentforce and Salesforce AI innovations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with technical solutions and ensure GDPR/KYC/AML compliance.
