Job summary

Breitling is seeking a Sales Support Medewerker in Lijnden to assist our BENELUX sales teams and provide first-class service to customers and retail partners. You will handle customer requests, process orders, and maintain sales data while ensuring accurate information flows through the sales cycle.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes, support day-to-day activities, and uphold Breitling's renowned service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

As part of our international #Squad, you will support our BENELUX Sales teams and provide first-class service to our customers and retail partners.

Your contribution:

• You will provide daily support to our BENELUX customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
• You will support the Sales teams by handling customer requests, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales databases.
• You will ensure a smooth process from sales and order processing through to delivery, contributing to high customer satisfaction.
• You will handle administrative tasks and support the team with day-to-day sales activities.
• You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and seamless processes.
• You will contribute to continuous process improvements and help maintain Breitling's high service standards.

You will fit well to our squad if:

• You enjoy daily contact with customers and are motivated by providing excellent service.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
