• Supervise and track client orders from creation to delivery.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management in internal systems.
• Coordinate daily with transport and warehouse teams to secure smooth operations.
• Address and resolve incidents or claims quickly and professionally.
• Oversee the complete order-to-delivery process, ensuring each step is correctly executed.
• Guarantee efficient logistics coordination and internal administrative accuracy.
• Follow up on any issues affecting order execution and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain transparent, solution-oriented communication both internally and externally.
• Serve as a key contact point for customers, ensuring professional communication and excellent service levels.

As Sales Support Coordinator, you will be a key link between customers, sales teams, logistics, and warehouse operations, ensuring excellent service and smooth order execution from start to finish.
