Job summary

King of Reach within B&S International is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to coordinate the full order lifecycle and support customers in the food service sector. You will advise customers, prepare quotations, and ensure orders reach the correct destination, linking Purchasing and Logistics to maintain top service levels.

Role blends administrative duties with commercial tasks, focusing on accuracy, customer satisfaction, and timely processing in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary vocational college (MBO 4) completed.
• 1–3 years of administrative work experience.
• Organisationally strong and accurate in administrative components.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Reach your full potential as Sales Support

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will have a versatile job, combining administrative and commercial activities. This means that you coordinate the entire order process from A to Z. You advise customers, prepare quotations and make sure that the orders end up in the right place. In short, a very versatile job in which you monitor the order process! With your support, you contribute to the sale of our food service products and form the link between internal departments such as Purchasing and Logistics and our customers. The goal? To achieve the highest possible service level, with every customer, every order.

Relationship management? No problem. You are everybody's friend! You are the perfect point of contact, service-oriented, goal-oriented and proactive. You are the spider in the web, connecting all the loose ends. You perform better under pressure and deadlines. Bring on those responsibilities and challenges! You maintain an overview so that all orders always arrive at the right time and place. You know where your parcel is even better than DHL itself! In short, a real multitasker. In addition, you have a lot of enthusiasm and are a real go-getter.

You:

• Have completed a post-secondary vocational collega (MBO 4 degree)
• Have between 1-3 yearsof work experience in an administrativeposition
• Are organisationally strong and accurate in administrative components
• Have excellent communication skills in English
