Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in sales support, administrative support, or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dealer communications and payout approvals.
• Generate and analyze sales reports for management.
• Assist in dealer inventory and stock management with supply chain.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations.
• Maintain CRM data and track sales leads.
• Support meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing to fulfill requests.
• Provide frontline customer support and escalate issues as needed.
