Job summary

Nippon Recruitment specialises in international recruitment worldwide, with a focus on Japanese companies. On behalf of our customer, a European subsidiary of a Japanese group, we are looking for two sales administration professionals to support the sales team.

You will handle quotations, invoices, contracts and order confirmations, process orders, register customers, monitor performance, respond to inquiries, and assist in meetings and events. Proficiency in English and Japanese is required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with sales processes and CRM systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS CRM and SAP.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices, contracts and order confirmations.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with departments for on-time delivery.
• Update customer information in the internal database and monitor performance.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for the team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage order status.
• Support scheduling for sales meetings, travel, and events.
• Assist in promotional events, trade exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
