Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group invites enthusiastic students to join their Regional Sales Team in Amsterdam as a Sales Intern. You will help with proactive sales activities, research potential clients, and assist campaigns across multiple hotels, gaining hands-on exposure to hospitality sales strategy.

This paid internship starts February 2027 for 6 to 10 months, requires you to remain enrolled at university, and offers practical learning in a fast-paced, international hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme, preferably in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch.
• Available to work up to 38 hours per week for a minimum of six months.
• You remain enrolled at your university for the full duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist in identifying and researching potential new clients using online tools and databases.
• Support the coordination of trade fairs, client events, and sales campaigns.

As a Sales Intern, you will support the Regional Sales Team based at Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, assisting with proactive sales activities across multiple hotels. From researching potential clients to supporting sales campaigns and commercial initiatives, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while learning how sales contribute to hotel success.

This internship starts in February 2027 and offers a full-time learning experience for 6 to 10 months, aligned with your study requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
• Assist in identifying and researching potential new clients using online tools and databases and assist in the first steps of outreach
• Support the coordination of trade fairs, client events, and sales campaigns by preparing materials, managing logistics, and assisting with follow up
• Conduct basic market research to support sales strategy
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme, preferably in Hotel or Hospitality Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch
• Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and commercial strategy
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Available to work up to 38 hours per week for a minimum of six months
