You will work with Sales and cross-functional partners, handling meaningful responsibilities from day one and developing professional skills in a collaborative, international setting.

Qualifications

• Current bachelor’s or master’s enrolment in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (e.g., building and maintaining basic models, analyzing datasets, and creating clear outputs for stakeholders).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand sales, revenue, and profitability information and translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
• Collaborative relationship-builder who can work effectively in a team, bringing a constructive and appropriately challenging mindset to improve decisions and outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in English, with Dutch preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship or you are studying in the Netherlands)

Responsibilities

• Financial controls & business routines (support weekly and monthly rituals on trade performance and budget management with Sales teams and senior leadership).
• Sales performance & forecast analysis (develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales, revenue, and profitability; analyze trends and prepare recommendations).
• Promotion & pricing analysis (analyze promotions, pricing strategies, digital shelf, and assortment; generate insights for decision-making).
