Job summary

WONDR, headquartered in Amsterdam Noord, seeks an IT & Tech Support Host to be the first line of support for colleagues on the floor. This guest-facing role blends tech fixes with people skills in a fast-moving creative environment.

Ideal candidates are curious, eager to learn and comfortable with basic IT systems. Part-time schedule includes weekends and school holidays, in Amsterdam area with a valid working visa considered.

Qualifications

• MBO ICT-qualified or certified (e.g., Google Tech Support Fundamentals).
• Strong communication and guest-facing skills.
• Comfortable with basic IT systems, networks and troubleshooting.
• Willing to work weekends and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of IT & Tech support for WONDR teams.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with hardware, software and connectivity.
• Support Experience Management & Operations teams with daily tech needs.
• Maintain systems: cameras, displays, sound/light, networks and installations.
• Flag, escalate and track issues for quick resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Manager.

We’re looking for a hands-on, curious and tech-savvy IT & Tech Support Host to join our team in Amsterdam Noord. You’ll be the first point of contact for your colleagues when IT or tech challenges arise — from small fixes to unexpected hiccups.

This role is ideal for someone starting out in their tech career who wants to learn, experiment and grow in a fast-moving, creative environment.

Please note:This is aguest-facing role on the floor, not an office-based position. The ideal candidate enjoys working in busy environments, feels comfortable interacting with guests throughout the day, and is a natural people person who thrives on creating positive guest experiences.

Your responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of IT & Tech support for all WONDR teams
• Troubleshoot basic issues with hardware, software and connectivity
• Support our Experience Management & Operations teams with daily tech needs
• Help maintain our systems: cameras, digital displays, sound & light equipment, networks and interactive installations
• Flag, elevate and track issues to ensure quick resolution
• Work closely with our Technical Manager as your mentor and guide

You are

• MBO 3/4 ICT-qualified or certified (e.g., Google Tech Support Fundamentals)
• A strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with basic IT systems, networks and troubleshooting
• Curious, eager to learn and enthusiastic about tech
• Flexible in your availability (incl. weekends & school holidays)
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
