Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an HVAC technical sales support professional in Barendrecht. You will manage the full (after)sales process, advise on technical specifications, and prepare quotations, coordinating aftersales activities.

The successful candidate will have an MBO/HBO in a technical field, HVAC experience, strong technical and commercial mindset, and Dutch/English language skills (German a plus). SAP/CRM experience and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

MBO/HBO qualification in a technical or technical-commercial field.
Relevant HVAC sector experience.
Strong technical skills with a commercial mindset.
Knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
Hands-on, independent, and practical approach.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Fluent Dutch and English.
German a plus.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably SAP.
Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete (after)sales process within the team.
Advise customers and partners on technical product specifications and applications.
Develop and prepare complex technical calculations for systems.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate aftersales activities.
Serve as main contact for service partners, installers, and technical wholesalers.
Contribute to the rollout of new products.
Support telephone-based sales activities.
Assist with organizing and delivering training sessions.
Report to the Managing Director.
