Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies in the Netherlands is seeking a talented Security Engineer to join our sales team and drive pre-sales support across major accounts. You will present products, run POCs and demos, and collaborate with partners to identify new opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an SE in a vendor/partner environment, strong security domain knowledge, and excellent English and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a systems engineer in a vendor/partner environment.
• Knowledge of security environments and Check Point technologies.
• Familiarity with networking technologies.
• Experience with POCs and product demos.
• Good understanding of customer environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation skills for customer audiences.
• Experience working with end users and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Pre sales technical support covering all sales and marketing efforts in the area including pre-sales
• Support for Major Accounts Sales and main partners
• Primary technical and conceptual sales support contact for customers
• Work with sales functions, Major Accounts Sales reps and channel managers
• Development of existing and new accounts with sales reps
• Identification of new projects
• Project management and reporting
• Technical and conceptual support of prospects and customers
• Product and solution presentations
• Responses to RFIs & RFPs
• Active participation in IT security events and trade shows
• Training updates, seminars and workshops for partners and prospects
