Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a talented and experienced Security Engineer to join our successful sales team in the Netherlands. The role focuses on pre-sales technical support for major accounts and partners, including presentations and POC/Demo work.

You will collaborate with sales and channel teams to develop existing and new accounts, identify projects, and manage reporting. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a sales engineer in vendor/partner environments.
• In-depth knowledge of security environments and Check Point technologies.
• Familiarity with networking technologies and architectures.
• Experience with POCs and product demonstrations.
• Strong understanding of customer environments and requirements.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support covering sales and marketing efforts in the area.
• Support Major Accounts Sales and main partners.
• Serve as primary technical and conceptual sales contact for customers.
• Collaborate closely with all sales functions, Major Accounts reps and channel managers.
• Develop existing and new accounts with sales reps.
• Identify new projects and opportunities.
• Manage projects and provide reporting on progress.
• Provide conceptual and technical support to prospects and customers.
• Deliver product and solution presentations.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Actively participate in IT security events and trade shows.
• Provide training updates, seminars and workshops for partners and prospects.
