Job summary

CMA CGM Holland is seeking a Sales Effectiveness & Marketing Manager to strengthen the Benelux commercial organisation. You will combine commercial strategy, sales analytics, marketing intelligence and leadership to accelerate sustainable growth.

You will monitor strategy execution, analyze performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations for the Cluster, Regional Office and Head Office. This role demands strong data handling, tool adoption and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities, translating data into insights.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with interest in market analysis and growth opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in improving sales processes, data quality and tool adoption.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Trade, Regional and Head Office.
• People leadership skills and ability to mentor a small team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment with strong English skills.
• Dutch language knowledge is considered an advantage.
