Job summary

CMA CGM Benelux is seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager to lead the central Trade Analyst team and drive data-driven decision making across the Benelux cluster. You will define reporting structures, KPIs, and governance to support Trade Managers and senior leadership from Antwerp and Rotterdam.

You will oversee end-to-end trade reporting, ensure data accuracy, and empower the business with insightful analysis to steer commercial strategy while coordinating with Sales and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the cluster Trade Analyst team with consistent delivery.
• Define and own the Trade analytical operating model, KPIs, data standards and governance.
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly trade reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as quality gate for analytical outputs to Trade Managers and Head of Agency Trade Management.
• Prioritise analyst workload across trades and ensure scalability and coverage.
• Drive standardisation of reporting formats, tools and processes across trades.
• Develop and maintain performance tracking including vessel/customer allocation and forecast vs actual analysis.
• Lead market and trade analysis including commodity trends and geographic insights.
• Translate business needs into actionable analytical outputs for Trade Managers.
• Drive automation and simplification of reporting processes.
• Coach Trade Analysts and evolve the Trade function toward a data-driven model.
• Presence for this role is shared across Antwerp and Rotterdam offices.
