Job summary

Webasto Group in Kampen, Netherlands, is looking for a Director Sales - North-West-Europe (f/m/x) to drive sales strategy and revenue growth across the NW Europe region. This role requires building and leading a regional sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating with key customers.

You will analyze market trends, develop regional plans, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification.
Several years of leadership experience in sales management.
Experience in North-West European markets; knowledge of the regional business environment is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales orientation and decisive goal implementation.
Fluent English; German or additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

In NW European markets, lead sales, develop market penetration strategies, identify new opportunities, negotiate with key customers.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Lead and develop the regional sales team, promote performance-driven culture, and support talent development.
Analyze sales performance, market developments, and key indicators to derive measures and strengthen market position.
Represent Webasto, build customer and partner networks, monitor market trends, and support strategic growth initiatives.
