GRTS in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Director to lead all commercial activities across the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will drive the regional strategy, manage a technical and product team, and strengthen relationships with end users and distributors.
The role requires a strong track record in selling technical industrial solutions, fluency in Dutch and English, and willingness to travel across the region. You will influence strategy and contribute to growth in key industries.

With an established market position, a loyal distributor network and a strong reputation for quality, the business is entering its next phase of growth and is looking to appoint a Sales Director to lead all commercial activities across the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
This is not a turnaround role. The business is stable, profitable and well respected in the market. The focus is on strengthening relationships with key end users, supporting distribution partners and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
The Opportunity
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy across the region while leading a technical and product team.

You will play a visible role in the market, working closely with major customers in sectors such as shipbuilding, offshore, fabrication, manufacturing, energy and heavy industry.
