Job summary

LeisureKing in Uddel seeks a Sales Coordinator to act as the commercial hub, coordinating the sales process and optimizing workflows to support account managers.

You will generate leads, manage contract renewals, coordinate with marketing, support and operations, and ensure a professional, frictionless experience from first contact.

The role is 32–38 hours per week with a starting salary of €3,800 gross per month, plus 8% vacation pay and a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• HBO-level work and thinking skills.
• 3+ years in a commercial, coordinating, or sales role.
• Understanding of the sales process from lead to long-term relationship.
• Natural leader: planning, organizing, and accountability.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Experience in SaaS/digital services; interest in recreation.
• Excellent spoken and written Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire sales process and optimize workflows.
• Secure appointments and streamline the sales organization.
• Filter customer requests into concrete proposals for product development.
• Generate leads, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate initiatives with marketing, support, and operations.
• Handle complex customer inquiries.
• Analyze sales results and report to the Operations Manager.
• Contribute to process improvements and business growth.
