Beko Europe in Breda is hiring a Sales Analytics Specialist to enable effective commercial decision-making through accurate sales reporting and coordinated forecasting. You will work hybrid with 4 days in the Breda office and 1 day remote, collaborating with Sales, RGM, Finance, Demand Planning and PM teams to strengthen planning and performance management across Benelux.

You will analyze performance drivers, prepare reports for customers, and ensure data quality while supporting budgeting

Competenze

• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales analysis, commercial reporting, or sales planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau and SAP preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage recurring deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and proactive issue identification.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language is a strong advantage.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the monthly sales forecasting process with the Sales team, consolidating projections by customer, product, and category.
• Support annual budget and forecast cycles by coordinating sales volume planning and documenting key assumptions.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports, tracking actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Analyze performance drivers and translate trends, risks, and opportunities into actionable insights.
• Prepare and validate sales data and reports shared with customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain consistent reporting templates and data quality across planning and reporting activities.
• Follow up with sales stakeholders to ensure inputs are complete and submitted on time.
• Partner with RGM, Finance, and Demand Planning to align sales projections and reporting.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and forecasting processes.
