Jobster is seeking a hands-on SHEQ Coordinator in the Netherlands to strengthen safety culture and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering and HR to embed safety and environmental performance into daily operations.

The role requires at least five years of SHE/HSE/EHS experience and knowledge of Dutch and European legislation. You will report to site leadership in a hands-on, full-time capacity with a 40-hour work week.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of experience in SHE, HSE or EHS roles.
• Familiarity with Dutch and European SHE legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a proactive safety culture across the organization.
• Coach and advise employees, supervisors, and managers on SHE matters.
• Lead risk assessments and identify workplace hazards for improvement.
• Lead incident investigations and conduct root cause analyses.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns.
• Support environmental initiatives, including waste management and permitting.
