Job summary

Keylane is seeking a Technical Application Engineer for the Benefits-Plaza platform in the Netherlands. You will own availability, performance and security of a mission-critical SaaS solution in a hybrid delivery model.

You’ll work with skilled engineers in the TAM team to manage ITIL-aligned changes, incident response and automation, with a focus on Tomcat, Red Hat, DB2 and security hardening in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT or a related field.
• Experience with ITIL processes in daily operations.
• Proficient in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible).
• Able to work under pressure and translate technical issues to business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex platform incidents and problems.
• Monitor platform performance, health and security, resolving issues.
• Coordinate audits, penetration tests and DR exercises.
• Drive automation and runbook improvements across the stack.
• Manage service requests and ITIL-aligned changes.
