Keylane's Benefits-Plaza team in the Netherlands is seeking a Technical Application Engineer to own the availability, performance and security of our SaaS platform. You will work hands-on across infrastructure, middleware and automation, acting as the technical expert for one of our core products and coordinating improvements with your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in technical application management or infra operations.
• Experience with Apache Tomcat and interactions with networking and security.
• Security hardening and vulnerability management in regulated environments.
• Familiar with PKI, networking, firewalls, proxies and load balancers.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex platform incidents and problems.
• Monitor the Benefits-Plaza platform and resolve operational issues.
• Handle service requests and standard changes per ITIL processes.
• Manage web service integrations and security configurations.
• Plan maintenance and upgrades of RHEL, DB2, Tomcat and related components.
