Job summary

Job description

5+ years of experience in platform engineering, SaaS operations, cloud platforms or enterprise application management.

Experience managing enterprise SaaS solutions in a regulated environment.

Experience with operational support, lifecycle management and service ownership.

Experience working with external vendors and supplier management.
