Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to help develop and operate a secure, scalable cloud platform within a large financial organisation.

You will design Azure solutions, implement IaC, automate deployments, manage CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with software engineers, security specialists and architects to raise reliability and security.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cloud engineering.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Bicep or Terraform.
Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Strong scripting skills, preferably PowerShell.
Understanding of networking, IAM and cloud security.
Experience with containerisation and/or Kubernetes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
