Job summary

Bynder Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel (EMEA) to support the legal team across the fast-growing region. You will negotiate SaaS contracts, guide procurement deals, and provide practical legal advice to the Sales and Customer Success teams.

You'll drive process improvements with AI-enabled tools, monitor regulatory developments in SaaS and AI, and help ensure robust protection while enabling commercial growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

What you will bring: Law degree recognised to practice in EMEA; 2–4 years in law firm or in-house; SaaS experience preferred.
Excellent knowledge of civil, commercial, and contract law; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

Commercial Negotiation: negotiate SaaS contracts for Sales while balancing commercial and legal interests.
Procurement: negotiate vendor agreements to secure favorable terms and compliance.
Customer Success Counsel: provide timely legal guidance to Customer Success Team.
Process Innovation: enhance processes, compliance framework, and leverage AI tools.
Regulatory compliance: monitor developments in SaaS and AI across EMEA.
General legal advice: support various business functions and initiatives.
