A recruitment firm is searching for a Legal Counsel to join a growing international organization based in Amsterdam. This role supports Legal and Compliance matters across multiple markets, involving drafting contracts and advising on governance. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in Law and strong negotiation skills. Fluency in English is a must, and experience in an international business environment is advantageous. This role presents the chance to contribute to strategic projects during an exciting growth phase.

Qualifications

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills needed.
• Experience in fast-moving international business is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese and French are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial contracts and Legal agreements.
• Advise on Compliance, due diligence, and regulatory matters.
• Support corporate governance and day-to-day Legal matters.
