WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, with relocation to Greece.

Responsibilities include generating and qualifying sales leads, building a strong pipeline, working with decision-makers, and presenting cloud solutions while using CRM to track interactions.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level and business English at C1 level.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with good persuasion and negotiation.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry.

This role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, with an emphasis on generating and qualifying sales opportunities.

Work Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2 level &English: C1 level
Compensation: €1,400 gross/month *14 month+bonus+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Workşng Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Your Responsibilities

Requirements

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

• €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months
• Quarterly performance bonus of up to 60% of one gross salary, with additional earning potential based on overachievement.
