Rosewood Hotel Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Office team, greet guests warmly, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus; hotel PMS experience is expected;

As part of our Front Office team, you will play an important role in creating exceptional first and last impressions for our guests. Working closely with Concierge, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Reservations, and other operational departments, you will help ensure a seamless and personalized guest journey at every touchpoint. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will provide leadership and support to the Front Desk team while contributing to a culture of excellence, collaboration, and genuine hospitality.
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of the Front Desk, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a memorable departure experience. Through your leadership, coaching, and operational expertise, you will support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve challenges, and inspire your team will contribute directly to guest satisfaction and the overall success of the hotel.
