Job summary

Oak Offshore is seeking an experienced ROV Supervisor to lead the ROV team and provide technical, operational and administrative support across ROV projects. The role emphasizes ensuring safe, efficient ROV operations in offshore environments and coordination with vessel crews and clients.

The candidate will oversee project planning, safety, reporting, and liaison with offshore stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on ROV maintenance and incident reporting in line with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with safety requirements and certifications in offshore work.
• Extended knowledge of ROV systems and operations.
• Experience conducting ROV operations according to Project Plans.
• Proficient in maintaining Technical Log and related documentation.
• Excellent in Microsoft Word and Excel, and office software.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ROV operations and supervise the ROV team.
• Coordinate daily project meetings and planning of work activities.
• Interface with vessel master, marine crew and client representatives.
• Supervise subcontractors and assist with project documentation.
• Ensure safety through risk assessments, toolbox talks and plans.
• Prepare and transmit daily/weekly reports and obtain client sign-off.
• Maintain ROV system, PMS, and spare parts stock levels.
• Ensure offsite and on-site reporting is accurate and timely.
