An exciting opportunity for a curious and technically minded ROV Project Engineer to join a leading offshore engineering organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world challenges, working with advanced subsea technology, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. You'll play a key role in supporting remotely operated vehicle (ROV) operations and equipment throughout their project lifecycle—from mobilisation to offshore execution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate the mobilisation of ROV systems and associated tooling on company and third‑party vessels.
- Oversee maintenance, inspection, and technical support for complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
- Provide onshore and offshore engineering support to ROV and subsea tooling operations.
- Collaborate closely with project and vessel teams to ensure safe, efficient, and effective ROV performance.
- Contribute to the development and integration of new subsea technologies and technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or related Engineering discipline, or equivalent technical background.
- Previous ROV or subsea tooling experience is highly desirable.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
- Flexibility to support offshore operations as required.
