Job summary

Air Products in Rotterdam seeks a Warehouse Foreman to coordinate daily warehouse activities, oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, and ensure safety and accuracy of stock. You will lead the warehouse team, work with the Warehouse Supervisor, and maintain SAP inventory records while driving continuous improvements in space utilization and service levels.

The role emphasizes hands-on operations, EHS leadership, and collaboration with internal customers and transport providers

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
• Act as first point of contact for the warehouse team and support escalation to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Manage issue/receipt of spare parts, tools, consumables and safety equipment with accurate stock records.
• Maintain accurate SAP inventory records and support stock counts and cycle counts.
