Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Warehouse Foreman in Rotterdam to coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensure safe handling of materials, and maintain accurate stock records. You will supervise the warehouse team, work with the Warehouse Supervisor, and support multiple internal stakeholders across Rotterdam operations.

A strong emphasis on EHS and operational excellence is essential. You will drive improvements in stock accuracy, space utilisation and process efficiency while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Practical experience in warehouse, logistics or similar operational environment.
• Experience coordinating daily workloads and guiding warehouse colleagues.
• Strong commitment to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and safe working practices.
• Good understanding of inventory control, goods receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and housekeeping.
• Act as the first point of contact for the warehouse team during daily operations and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage issue and receipt of spare parts, tools, consumables and safety equipment with accurate stock records.
• Maintain inventory records in SAP and other reporting tools and support stock checks.
• Coordinate goods receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping with required transport documentation.
• Coach colleagues on safe working methods and local procedures; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy, space utilisation and service levels with the Warehouse Supervisor.
