BMS Performance Ltd. in Rotterdam seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Dutch hospitality sector, selling specialist kitchen equipment services to five-star hotels, corporate caterers, stadia and major groups.

You will build on existing agreements while opening doors with new accounts, engaging senior decision-makers in Procurement, Operations, Health & Safety and Sustainability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B new business sales experience in hospitality sectors.
• Existing network and track record in Dutch hospitality.
• Full-cycle business development from first approach to contract.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Native-level Dutch and business-level English.
• Based within commutable distance of Rotterdam with right to work in NL.
• Ambitious mindset and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build on existing agreements and open new accounts in Rotterdam and Dutch market.
• Sell specialist kitchen equipment services to hotels, corporate caterers, stadia and hospitality groups.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across Procurement, Operations, Health & Safety and Sustainability.
