Job summary

Leading Global Industrial Gases Company seeks a Construction EHS Supervisor in Rotterdam to implement and manage EHS practices on the HyCO4 CCS project. You will work under the Project EHS Manager and regional team to support risk assessments and incident investigations throughout construction and commissioning.

This full-site role requires strong communication with contractors and internal teams, guiding EHS execution, PTW processes, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Proven EHS supervision background on construction projects.
• Experience with EHS management systems in process industries.
• Fluent Dutch and strong communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership to the project site team and support objectives.
• Champion PDO EHS processes to improve project performance.
• Facilitate EHS awareness and behavior across the project team.
• Advise project managers on safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management.
• Implement site level EHS plans per the PDO EHS Management System.
