Job summary

OEG is seeking a Rope Access Supervisor for its Subsea Division. The role involves reviewing rope access documentation, developing procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The candidate will coordinate equipment planning and support audits, with occasional site visits. The ideal candidate holds IRATA Level 3, offshore medical, NOGEPA 0.5 and SCC (VCA) certifications, and has 3+ years in a similar role, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in rope access supervision.
• IRATA Level 3 with rope access and rescue knowledge.
• Offshore medical certificate for site visits.
• NOGEPA 0.5 certification and SCC (VCA) where required.

Responsibilities

• Review rope access documentation for compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain rope access policies and guidance.
• Monitor regulatory and internal governance requirements.
• Coordinate rope access equipment planning and certification.
• Support audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Site visits to verify procedure implementation.
