Job summary

Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain spotless rooms and deliver genuine hospitality. You will work as part of a team of associates, ensuring hygiene standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning, linen replacement, and refreshing accessories according to layout; shifts include weekends and holidays; English is sufficient, Dutch not mandatory. The role offers full-time and part-time positions with 25 holidays and employee discounts

Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South has 227 suites and rooms and opened in April 2021. We want to appeal to both transient and longer-staying travellers visiting the Dutch capital. Each of the studio's, one-bed and two-bed apartments has its own fully equipped kitchen. It is up to us to make our guest feel at home with our family of associates! All rooms are suites with more living and working space than you would find in an any other hotel room.

As a room attendant you are responsible for the cleanliness of our rooms. You are part of our team of employees making sure that our guests feel at home and feel welcome. Your eye-for-detail makes sure that our hotel is spotless! Your genuine focus on hygiene and cleaning up ensures that the environment meets the highest requirements. You keep the rooms in perfect condition by keeping them clean, replacing the linen and supplementing the accessories according to the desired layout.

What we ask of you?

• EU-National or a Non-EU-National with a valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands
• Enthusiasm and a true team player
• Friendly and service oriented
• Strong eye for detail
• English speaking: Dutch is not mandatory
• Willing to work different shifts, including weekends & holidays.
• Provides Yes, I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis
• Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction
• Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behaviour and genuine hospitality
