Job summary

Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West is seeking a proactive Houseman to assist guests and colleagues with housekeeping requests and tasks. The role emphasizes hands-on service, strong communication, and flexibility across shifts to maintain a welcoming, clean environment for guests.

You will handle guest requests, stock storerooms, distribute linen, and assist in cleaning public areas as needed, always with a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• You have good communication skills and are not afraid of talking to guests
• You have a ‘hands-on’ mentality and flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Able to work with a housekeeping app through which you receive housekeeping requests.

Responsibilities

• Handling guest requests and internal housekeeping requests
• Refilling housekeeping storerooms and pantries
• Responsible for the distribution of linen
• When necessary, stripping rooms (gather bedlinen and towels from rooms)
• When necessary, assisting in cleaning public areas and back of house spaces
• Helping guests, and of course always with a smile!
