Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South zoekt een gastvrije Room Attendant die zorgt voor de nette staat van onze kamers en het vervangen van linnengoed volgens de gewenste indeling. Je werkt in een team en levert een hoge hygiëne en gastvrije service, zodat gasten zich thuis voelen.

Je spreekt Engels; Nederlandse taal is geen vereiste en je bent bereid om verschillende diensten te draaien, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen.

Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South has 227 suites and rooms and opened in April 2021. We want to appeal to both transient and longer-staying travellers visiting the Dutch capital. Each of the studio's, one-bed and two-bed apartments has its own fully equipped kitchen. It is up to us to make our guest feel at home with our family of associates! All rooms are suites with more living and working space than you would find in an any other hotel room.

As a room attendant you are responsible for the cleanliness of our rooms. You are part of our team of employees making sure that our guests feel at home and feel welcome. Your eye-for-detail makes sure that our hotel is spotless! Your genuine focus on hygiene and cleaning up ensures that the environment meets the highest requirements. You keep the rooms in perfect condition by keeping them clean, replacing the linen and supplementing the accessories according to the desired layout.

What we ask of you?

• EU-National or a Non-EU-National with a valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands
• Enthusiasm and a true team player
• Friendly and service oriented
• Strong eye for detail
• English speaking: Dutch is not mandatory
• Willing to work different shifts, including weekends & holidays.
• Provides Yes, I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis
• Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction
• Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behaviour and genuine hospitality
