Job summary

AB Midden Nederland is seeking an experienced Welder to join a technical production team in the Netherlands. The role combines manual welding with welding robot programming in a professional manufacturing setting, approx.

38 hours per week in a two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday. You will weld metal components, program and operate the welding robot, and perform related mechanical operations while maintaining quality and contributing to process improvements.

• Professional welding experience in a production or metalworking environment.
• Experience with robotic welding or welding robot programming is an advantage.

Are you an experienced welder looking for a technical job with excellent pay? Earn €20.00–€23.00 gross per hour and combine manual welding with welding robot programming, mechanical work, quality control, and process improvement in a professional manufacturing environment.

This is what you will do

As a Welder, you will be responsible for producing and finishing metal components using both manual and robotic welding techniques. This is a varied technical position that goes beyond standard welding: you will also program the welding robot, perform mechanical operations such as grinding, drilling, sawing, and deburring, inspect finished products, and resolve minor equipment issues. You will work approximately 38 hours per week in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday. The salary ranges from €20.00 to €23.00 gross per hour, depending on your experience and technical skills.
