Job summary

SIF is seeking CW TT Welders for a Holland-based role with accommodation and a company car. The job involves MIG/MAG hand welding and operating welding robots to weld large offshore wind farm steel components. A three-shift system and long-term relocation potential are part of the role.

Candidates should have at least 6 months MIG/MAG experience or a completed welding course, English proficiency, and willingness to learn. Training, safety gear, and extensive onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of MIG/MAG welding experience or completion of a welding course.
• Experience with metalworking, fabrication, or welding robots is preferred.
• Overhead crane operation experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/MAG hand welding (20% of tasks).
• Operate semi-automatic welding robots (80% of tasks).
• Weld large steel plates with precision (approx. 42 tons, 27 meters).
• Contribute to production of steel monopile tubes for offshore wind farms.
• Train to operate submerged arc welding robots.
• Work collaboratively in a team focused on quality and safety.
