Celoria Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Welding Robot Operator in the Netherlands to set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain robotic welding and laser cutting machinery at a well-established metal processing facility. The role offers a fixed 40-hour schedule with overtime, a clean modern environment, guidance from supervisors, a paid test day, and long-term opportunities with an international employer.

Salary €18–€20 gross per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a welding robot operator or in metal processing is advantageous.
• Technical knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Will follow safety instructions and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes.
• Make adjustments when needed.
• Inspect and handle materials before and after processing.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or programming issues.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and use protective equipment.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organised.
