Job summary
GreenFlux is seeking a Team Manager Roaming Integrations to lead the local execution function for onboarding, interoperability, and protocol implementation. You will ensure reliable, scalable roaming integrations across partners and platforms, with accountability for onboarding quality, integration stability, and connectivity.
In this role you will collaborate with Engineering and Product, drive continuous improvement and automation of integration activities, and mentor a team while delivering
Qualifications
- University-level degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- 2 years in a management position.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Understanding of Roaming business and eMobility is a plus.
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding of roaming partners.
- Own implementation of OCPI/OICP and connectivity frameworks.
- Ensure integration quality, monitoring and stability.
- Support complex incident and escalation handling.
- Collaborate with CoE on standards and best practices.
- Align with Engineering and Product on integration requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of integration activities.
