Job summary

GreenFlux, a cloud-based EV charging SaaS leader, seeks engineers to join our Amsterdam-based agile team. You will work on scalable, data-driven solutions using C#/.NET, Vue.js, and Azure in a modern, cloud-native environment.

You will contribute across the full stack, participate in architecture discussions, write clean, well-tested code, and help drive quality control. A sustainable mindset and strong communication in English are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in any object-oriented programming language, building large-scale complex systems.
• 4+ years of hands-on cloud experience (preferably Azure).
• Good understanding of software architecture and design principles in backend and frontend engineering.
• Understanding of quality control and the importance of testing the code before release.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation of the software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of microservice architectures and distributed systems.
• A drive for continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Professional fluency in English.

This software platform connects Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs – offering charging services to EV drivers), and enables them to successfully launch their businesses. The Job

You will be part of an agile, end-to-end team operating within a product area that benefits from well-defined and transparent processes. Your team is self-organized and adaptive. Your role will involve working with unique, complex, and non-trivial algorithms, and handling a significant amount of data from various sources. Job Requirements

You are enthusiastic about building scalable, high-load, and cloud-native solutions in a fast-moving company. You are eager to learn, flexible, and open to working with various techniques and technologies. You have effective communication skills, understand what the user needs, and can put this into words as well as code. You write clean, organized, and testable code. In addition, you strive to move your team forward by helping your colleagues and actively engaging in architecture discussions.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in any object-oriented programming language, building large-scale complex systems.
  • While we extensively use C#/.Net and Vue.js, we believe that problem-solving skills are more important than the language or framework that is being used.
• 4+ years of hands-on cloud experience (preferably Azure).
• A good understanding of software architecture and design principles in both backend and front-end engineering.
• An understanding of quality control and the importance of testing the code before release.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation of the software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of microservice and architectures and distributed systems.
• A drive for continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Professional fluency in English, and
• A sustainable mindset!

Nice to Have:

• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Experience with defining and integrating HTTP (REST) APIs.
• Experience working in self-organizing teams and/or with LeSS.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with taking the lead on technical design activities for new features.
• A drive to monitor and steer code quality & practices, cloud infrastructure usage and costs.
• Ability and willingness to guide, coach, and mentor other engineers within the team.
