Job summary

Evernex seeks a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support spare parts availability and service activities across the NECE region.

You will manage warehouse operations, inventory, shipping, and organize transport with Service Desk and technicians, while maintaining a safe, organized environment and ensuring timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• MBO level in Logistics or related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Accurate, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience with MS Office (especially Excel), Outlook, and inventory systems.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills (German is a plus).
• Driver's license (Class B).

Responsibilities

• Managing warehouse operations, storage, and inventory.
• Shipping, packaging, and receiving spare parts and equipment.
• Organizing transport together with Service Desk and technicians.
• Monitoring stock levels and spare parts availability.
• Supporting RMA and returns processes.
• Preparing shipping documents and coordinating deliveries.
• Supporting external warehouses and technicians.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
