Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX company, is seeking a Test Technician to test, validate and troubleshoot rack-mounted computing, server, and data storage systems. You will run manual, semi-automated, and automated tests, analyze logs and scripts, and provide technical support to customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with production, quality, and customer operations, with opportunities to improve test processes and contribute to quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience testing electronic systems or IT hardware.
• Familiarity with server, storage, or rack-mounted systems.
• Ability to read and understand log files, error messages, and basic scripts.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, firmware, and system configurations.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and solution-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills in a technical environment.
• Ability to clearly communicate and convey necessary information.
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 20 kg.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to recognize and process important details accurately and efficiently.
• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal, is required.
• Dutch language skills are a plus.
