Job summary

Masimo in Amsterdam (a Danaher operating company) is seeking an RMA Associate to receive, decontaminate, triage and process returned products in a regulated environment. You will log data, update ERP systems and support inventory control while prioritizing high‑volume weekly receipts.

This on‑site role requires 2+ years in reverse logistics, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), and fluency in English. You’ll work across multiple databases and ensure SOX compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in reverse logistics/warehouse/materials with serial/lot‑controlled product.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Infor).
• Familiarity with multiple databases and barcode scanning.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets (filters/lookups; pivots a plus).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, decontaminate, triage, and process returned products.
• Ensure compliant quarantine/recall handling and accurate ERP updates.
• Log and decontaminate per SOPs; handle pallets and prioritize per policy.
• Maintain traceability (serial/SKU/LOT/UDI) and correct status/locations.
• Perform inventory activities and ensure SOX‑compliant documentation.
