Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. in the Netherlands is seeking a Rider Care Representative to be the friendly voice supporting riders and retailers. You will handle warranty queries, technical questions, and parts requests while building strong relationships across Europe.

You will collaborate with global teams, solve complex issues, and may attend cycling events across Europe, contributing to an exceptional rider experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service.
• A passion for cycling and basic bike maintenance knowledge.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Oracle and CRM experience are a plus).
• A team-first attitude and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for riders and retailers via phone, email, messaging, and in person.
• Provide expert support across Specialized’s product range, including warranty, technical queries, and service parts.
• Solve complex issues with rider-focused, creative solutions.
• Build strong relationships with our European retailer network.
• Collaborate with global teams and internal departments to resolve product and rider concerns.
• Occasionally attend cycling events across Europe.
