Job summary

Delft Circuits is seeking an RF / Microwave Engineer to own microwave performance from concept to product release. You will work in the Product Management team, collaborating with R&D, Commercial and Manufacturing to bring innovative cryogenic interconnect solutions to market.

Key responsibilities include designing RF architectures, interconnects, filters and attenuators, and performing RF simulations and measurements to validate concepts. Cryogenics or quantum computing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years relevant experience including 4+ years as RF/microwave expert.
• Experience with transmission lines, S-parameters, matching and RF measurements.
• Hands-on with HFSS, CST or similar simulation tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent collaboration skills.

Are you passionate about RF and microwave technology and ready to work on one of the world's most exciting technologies? At Delft Circuits, you'll help develop the cryogenic interconnect solutions that enable the next generation of quantum computers.

As our RF / Microwave Engineer, you'll take ownership of the microwave performance of our products—from concept and simulation to validation and product release. You'll work in the Product Management team, and collaborate closely with the R&D-, Commercial- and Manufacturing teams. You'll combine 3D EM simulations, RF design and measurements to bring innovative products to market.

What we're looking for

• 5-10 years relevant experience, including 4+ years as expert in RF/microwave engineering

• Hands-on experience with HFSS, CST or similar simulation tools
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent collaboration skills

Experience in cryogenics or quantum computing is a plus—but not required.
